Seems like the numbers from the PGA and the different handicapping services indicate that American golfers are not improving as a whole.
I beg to differ.
I queried 10 of my most diligent golfers and asked them to submit their handicap index beginning Sept. 2007 and their current handicap index as of Sept. 2008. The numbers are staggering.
The students’ playing ability ranges a handicap from 2 – 20 handicap.
