Registration Procedures
The Shawn Humphries Golf Performance Academy requires a non-refundable deposit of three hundred dollars ($300) at the time of registration. Sixty (60) days prior to your school your credit card will automatically be charged for the balance of your tuition. Registration requests within sixty (60) days of your school will require full payment at the time of reservation.

Please note the minimum age to attend our school at our facility in FLORIDA is (21) years of age. This is a hotel policy and no exceptions are made.

Waiting List
If your desired school date(s) is filled, you can sign up for our “Immediate Openings”. We will personally email you and keep you updated whenever openings arise and will ensure you don’t miss out on an opportunity to attend one of our schools! The open positions will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your deposit or full payment will be taken at the time you register for the school, contingent with our Registration Procedures listed above.

Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling Policies
We reserve the right to cancel a school within fifteen (15) days of the first date of the school. In such an event, participants will be provided the option of attending another school on an alternate date or receiving a full refund. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience. Scheduling and staffing are subject to change.

Any requests to cancel or reschedule a reservation must be made in writing and will be effective on the date received. Cancellations will result in the loss of your reservation deposit. Cancellation requests received within sixty (60) days of the start of school will result in a partial refund according to the following schedule:

1. Requests received 31-60 days prior to the start of the school: eighty-five (85%) of the fee
2. Requests received 15-30 days prior to the start of the school: fifty percent (50%) of the fee

Participants who cancel within fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the school will forfeit the total amount of the reservation.

Participants are limited to one rescheduled school which must take place within one year of the original school date to avoid cancellation fees. Individual participants cannot reschedule a reservation within thirty (30) days of the start of the school. Corporate groups reserving an entire school cannot reschedule their group within sixty (60) days of the start of the school.

If full payment is not received by the due date, the Shawn Humphries Golf Performance Academy reserves the right to release the reservation.
