how do you avoid a backache after a round of golf.
Dave–first of all you need to get in shape. If you back is bother you– your low back, hip flexors and core are out of shape. Start there and get those in shape and you will not have back issues. In the mean time take 4 IB-profen after each round and it will help.
Shouldn’t you mention how far back the alignment stick sits? It wouldn’t have to be much further back and your club head should be going inside that target line.
Warren–ok, place it 8 inches. And as I mentioned and was very clear in the video. The club-head works back on the ball line–not inside!!
